I don't consider them to be grammatical as they are using the wrong word instead of the right word in the wrong way.
I do silently judge people who make those errors.
The rule is so damn simple it hurts. If it is a possessive pronoun there should not be any apostrophes in it. If it is a contraction there should be. If you do not know what the words contraction or possessive pronoun mean then go back to school and get an education.
How hard is that to understand?
