I bought an album via Pandora from my iPad

Now I it appears stuck on my iPad.

When I purchase an album via Amazon Music on my Android I can bring them over to other devices via the Amazon Cloud.

No way to get this album on my iPad over to the Amazon Cloud?

Having an iPad, why didn't you just buy it from the iTunes store? Or if you have an Android, from Amazon Music?

Splitting up purchases over many digital sources is asking for trouble.

That being said, you need to consult Pandora. They have the original files. There must be a way to port it over to other devices.

Unless Pandora has some wacky terms of service, you can't be expected to keep up with one set of files.

If you can't get an answer, get a refund.

It's been awhile since I've done it, but I think that's what I did. I know it can be done at any rate.
