The ratio of Louie's wet to dry food must be exactly how he likes it, and only he knows what that is. If anyone else mixes his food for him he refuses to eat it.

(2,805 posts)3. I don't know why I like this so much.
But I've never had a dog that wouldn't gobble down anything he liked immediately. This guy really has to work hard to get those little kibbles into the dish and won't eat until the ratio is realized. I do the same thing but it seems so much harder for him. I admire that tenacity.

(29,715 posts)4. I have a cat that likes to put water in his food
and he will splash water from the water bowl until he considers it just right. He also likes to wash his paws in the water after he uses the litter box. He was a feral cat and I think he may have been raised by raccoons. He's totally a house cat now and is learning how to purr.
