August 1, 1971 - George Harrison and Ravi Shankar's Conert for Bangladesh took place at New York City's Madison Square Garden. Harrison, Ravi Shankar, Bob Dylan, Eric Clapton, Ringo Starr, Leon Russell and Billy Preston all performed along with other greats.
