Any meeting I've attended, you need at a minimum the agenda, the previous minutes and your papers for your contribution to the meeting. Likely you've got a refreshment and a laptop/PDA/notebook/iPad. The table is pretty much covered in crap.

Then you see a photo of a Republican meeting.
