but the kitchen sink-full of ingredients they are adding to it. Good Gawd, it has become the sugar-addicts' version of breakfast cereal it seems. Type II diabetes inducer in a cup.

I buy a container of PLAIN low-fat yogurt from time to time (Greek is fine, regular is fine) and add just a bit of frozen fruit to it. No sugar, no anything else. Suits me just fine.

But Dannon Lemon used to be good. No syrupy fruit preserves just a little lemon juice and sugar. i can't find it anywhere.

If I'm eating yogurt just for some calcium, I buy nonfat plain. If I want a dessert then I go with Yoplait or La Yogurt type and mixed berry flavor.

It really is gross. If I'm gonna eat something with that texture, I'll buy something delicious like sour cream.

If I had known it was patentable I would have made my first million years ago. My favorite part of having tacos for dinner is using up the left over sour cream and picante sauce with chopped lettuce the next day.

Something about the fake fruit odor just grosses me out, as soon as I open it. I don't know if it's possible to smell HFCS or something.

I've been running enough miles this spring to get free milk at kmart every week, then I use that to make yogurt for free, using starter from the last batch I made. Top it with a glob of homemade cherry jam from my cherry trees. I'm even using mason jars I got free at kmart to make it in.

Run, earn milk, make yogurt, eat yogurt to fuel the next run. It's a great cycle.

they have a great plain, no sugar added goat's milk yogurt. It is creamy and just the right amount of tangyness.

It priced well and is definitely NOT a Greek style yogurt.

Enjoy!
