5. It's the first...

good episode of Glee this season. I haven't been enjoying the show recently but I loved this episode. A good story and good music. Interesting ending too. It's too bad we have to wait until April to see what happens.

6. I liked the Michael Jackson episode

9 songs and most of them were very well done



The story lines have been weaker this year but I think they are kinda stuck with most of the major characters now being in their senior year. They are trying to set up for the next couple of seasons and this season is suffering for it.

7. I didn't like the Michael episode

because it was all about the songs. I like it when the songs fit the storyline. When they do episodes dedicated to one particular person, they try to create a storyline to fit the songs. IMO, the plot should be the primary concern, not trying to accommodate particular songs.

I agree that this season seems to be about setting up future seasons.

8. We are very different

I honestly don't care about the childish high school plots. Most of them bore me. The only thing original in this series is the way they have approached the problems of gay and lesbian teens. Everything else seems rehashed from other teen series.

For me it is all about the music. I love that they did some original songs last year and I prefer the episodes where they have a theme for the music.

The Fleetwood Mac Rumors episode was/is my favorite. Some of the music there was outstanding. Even the Brittany and Lady Gaga episodes were good. I even liked the West Side Story episodes although I think there were to many of them. The Rocky Horror episode was also fun.


I kinda wish Gwyneth Paltrow would come back on. I loved her character and I think she did a great job with it.

9. Interesting

I LOVE Britney but didn't like that episode. They didn't even attempt to create story lines...they did the hallucinations to incorporate the songs. I thought they were rude to Britney too. At the end of the show, they pretty much said "Britney's just not us...so here's a random Paramour song." Given that she appeared on the show and gave Glee its second highest rated episode, it seemed a little inconsiderate.

Gwyneth was one of my least favorite characters. I don't like how her character thought she was the "cool teacher" because she knew a Cee Lo song.

My favorite episodes were the Pilot, Grilled Cheesus, and Funeral.

It's interesting that we both like the show both in such different ways.

11. Funeral was great

but that was a tear jerker

"Pure Imagination" was very special.

That song is a great example of why I enjoy this show.
