An old, rugged white dude in a Hawaiian shirt said "Hey, nice bumper sticker"

A big ole smile beamed across his face as he got into his car and drove off.

It's nice to see a kindred (literate) soul around these parts in redneck Floriduh

My 14 year old faded F150 wears this on a magnet (so I can take it off when necessary) on the rear bumper

I had Obama/Biden and other bumper stickers and our Democratic Underground sticker on my car. As I was leaving a store, a teenage girl ran up to me and said that she loved my bumper stickers. This is in red, red Georgia. So I guess not all the teenagers here have been brainwashed by the Republicans.

I used to live in Savannah, Atlanta, and Gainesville before I moved South and was usually able to find a few like minded folks to at least drink with. Now I dont know that I'd go so far as to put those bumper stickers on my car. I got pulled over once on I-75 South of Macon with an Obama magnet and dark tint on my little Corolla and was called "boy" (mind you I'm white and was the same age as the cop)

while I had those bumper stickers on my car. My county is 100% red and I think he was trying to intimidate me. He followed me all the way to the street that led to my house.
