Then again I have yet to find a phone tree (customer 'service') voice recognition system that actually seems to understand a word I say --or anyone else I've encountered.

Then, too, I try to speak VERY clearly when using it for texting; I don't talk as I do ordinarily.

What kind of accent do you have?
