I think its pretty clever. I never got the clown fear thing, but lots of people find clowns scary or creepy.

I wonder what made them come out with it, if people were getting too freaked out or what. It would've been really good if they kept it going just a bit longer.

It was clever. I thought is was kinda funny, myself.

scattered evenly in the same area, so that it seems to people who go through that part of town at night that the same clown is coming out of the shadows wherever they go.

The only problem I could see would be a "stand your ground against the clown" situation. I don't think NY is a SYG state, but, hey, creepy clown could have some people in fear of their lives.

that's Patches, hes a nice clown. He gave me some candy, and ride in his van and even a massage!
