1. It's 5 hidden posts before a forced time-out. Flagged for review is different.

I think that applies to low-count posters with a certain ratio of hidden posts.

2. It's two different things: an exposed transparency page (5 hidden posts

in the last 90 days) gets you suspended until the the number of recent hides drops below 5, but a couple of quick hides (looks like 2 in a relatively short period) gets you* flagged until Admin decides to reinstate you...

* Not you obviously, and I doubt any of these rules apply to taterguy, but the flagging seems independent of post count.
