Jack, cheddar, smoked gouda...whatever fits your personal preferences. But definitely more than one. And some meats. Pepperoni, summer sausage, leftover pork chops and prime rib thin-sliced. The possibilities are endless...

I have some pepperjack in the fridge. I am so glad we can get good cheese from the US over here in Korea. Even my wife has grown fond of cheese after not having grown up eating it.
