food rave of the day (3/18): Chinese Hot Pot

I recently tried Hot Pot for the first time and fell in love w/ it.

I had a big tray of vegetables and very thinly shaved sirloin to go in mine, and rice noodles. The sauces on the side were outstanding.

This article talks about the place I went to. Good food, good service... can't ask for much more than that.
