I liked it. Scuba Feb 2014 #2
Fwiw, what I thought about it. Might be some spoilers, not really about plot. UTUSN Feb 2014 #3

Sounds like one giant frat party. Brigid Feb 2014 #5
Yup, pretty much! Except they got paid millions. Initech Feb 2014 #7
I'm going to echo that it's good and overall entertaining, but needed a bit tighter edit. Mayberry Machiavelli Feb 2014 #6

I didn't even bother to watch it to the end. I don't know, I just expected it to be a whole lot better than it was. I guess that depends on what kind of movies one likes though.

I liked it, and Leonardo Dicaprio is a great actor. But there's about at least a 1/2 hour that they could have cut from the movie. There is a lot of debauchery in the movie. These two guys did any drug they could get their hands on, had sex with anyone who has a pulse, and got into situations where they should have died but didn't.

I agree there's probably at least half an hour of redundant "these brokers are shady debauched whoring coked out scum" scenes. Those scenes are all very well done and some of them visually fascinating (I loved the bachelor party flight to the guy's wedding) but it was a bit too much to make the same point.
