Related: Culture Forums, Support ForumsHow many NFL stadiums can be seen from I-95? (in honor of Superbowl approaching ...)
The ones I've seen that are right on it are the upcoming Superbowl site of Giants stadium in the Meadowlands of New Jersey, where many a body is buried ... to the Ravens in downtown Baltimore, and the Igls, er, Eagles, in downtown Philly. I guess the Redskins stadium can be seen from the Beltway, which is both 495 and 95 at that point .... what others? The Redskins might not be a real NFL team, judging only by this recently ended season.
This is a very important question that must be answered.

(23,340 posts)The Patriots and the Dolphins are close, but not right on 95.
Not being from any of these areas, I have no idea what is visible.

(24,368 posts)I've been up and down I95 so many times i've lost count, from it's beginning on US 1 in Miami to about 75 miles from it's end in Maine. It is one of only 3 or 4 interstates in this country that I haven't been completely end to end on.
But yeah, that section near Foxboro has lots of trees. If you were maybe 50' above the highway you could see it!

(43,182 posts)....but only if you are going southbound on the Golden Glades flyover and look out to the right.
The Florida Turnpike, on the other hand, goes right by it. It actually has its own dedicated exit.

(43,182 posts)The stadium is tucked away east of downtown so it's not immediately adjacent to 95. But when you are crossing over the St. John's you get a quick glimpse, and I believe once again a little further south.

(24,368 posts)If you look at a map of it, 95 goes north through town then turns into I 295! The NJ TPKE eventually becomes 95, but it always seems confused to me! It's not as if it hooks right back to the turnpike. It connects back to it either via 295 or 195.

(43,182 posts)MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford (Jets/Giants)
Lincoln Financial Field (Eagles)
M&T Bank Stadium (Ravens)
FedEx Field (Redskins)
Everbank Field (Jaguars)--Visible from the St. John's River Bridge
Joe Robbie Stadium (Dolphins)--Visible from the Golden Glades flyover ramp
The Redskins used to play in RFK Stadium, which I don't believe was visible from 95. And the Ravens former home, as well as the old home of the Colts, was Memorial Stadium, which was nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood miles away from any expressway.
As an aside, Met Life Stadium has to be the ugliest/most boring major league sporting venue in the entire country:
Yuck.
Not that you asked, but major league baseball venues that are visible from I-95 include:
Citizens Bank Park (Phillies)
Oriole Park at Camden Yards (Orioles)
Marlins Park (Marlins)
While the Boston, New York, and Washington DC areas are all serviced by I-95, their stadiums are not visible from I-95. They are visible from other expressways, however.
