Because channels will be slowed down to the extent that they won't load.

Those will increase, and Netflix, on top of that, will raise rates beyond my budget.
If it increases rates for online shopping, it may bring back storefronts such as Stacks and Stacks, which abandoned those storefronts in favor of the net.
