I did this a while back and people here seemed to enjoy it. I took my camera along with me out on the road and had a good time here in the lounge posting about my adventures. I'm of a mind to do it again.

For now, here's the kind of rig I'll be driving. The exact same set-up except for a different company that's pictured.

9. I go on a road trip every day. It's my job.

I do haul some trash, but mostly I haul scrap metal. Believe it or not there's a lot that goes into it.

What type of truck is it? Looks like waste disposal or recycling?

10. We haul mostly scrap metal in those and some trash.

The truck is called a lugger truck. Not a very flattering name, but when you see how it works you'll know why it's called that.
