Related: Culture Forums, Support ForumsDoes anyone know the low down on the fruit and vitamin waters? I drink
Them constantly as I have dry mouth. The labels say no calories, no fat, and no carbs (I'm currently working on loosing weight by going the low carb route since that has worked for me in the past). It even says 0 grams of sugar. However, I haven't lost as much weight as I'm thinking I should have by now and I'm just wondering about these drinks. Any feedback is appreciated!

(10,418 posts)that the only way a drink containing no calories could put weight on you is if it has a lot of salt and causes you to retain water. Otherwise, I don't think it's possible for such a drink to cause weight gain.

I bought one of those things, just once, found it contained Sucralose, and will never buy it again.

(5,317 posts)Like other artificial sweeteners, there is some question as to how safe it is and if it contributes to a number of diseases and obesity.
I suggest Googeling it. You might want to Google olestra too.
There is a lot of crap advertised as healthy food.

(5,317 posts)You can try making your own green tea, just don't add any sugar. That's what I do.
