Dulce de Leche (yum)

They have this flavor out in ice cream, and I like it. Trouble is I can't pronounce it - but this link helped a little:

as in "Dulce et decorum est pro patria mori,"

and Leche as a cross between "Lechay" and "Lek-chay" try keeping the "k" sound at the back of your throat

And yes, it is gorgeous.

and the "chey" is chay (long a) or "chey" with long e?

How about the "de" - Is that "e" sounded like a long "a" or "e" or an "e" like in "wed"?
