that can be dressed up in clothes for a little girl who isn't into Barbie.
I've looked at Gund and Boyd's and can't tell if their clothes are sewn on or not. The bears at the Build A Bear place aren't as good looking, imo, but I've always been partial to good cheek bones.
There used to be a store around here that sold bears and clothes for them but that was years ago and I don't remember the label.
Anyone have a clue I could borrow?

(8,976 posts)If they're still around. They used to do costumes by request. About 10 years back, after a motorcycle crash my nephew got a bear in a leather jacket with the proper leg in a cast...

I've taken my best friend's kids there when they were younger. I'm not sure if this child lives near you but it's such a fun experience taking them to one of those 'Build-a-Bears'. As for quality, many of those bears are now over 5 years old and have held up really well.
