(3,065 posts)The one episode I missed this season was last Sunday. No spoilers please! I'm going to watch it on demand right now. I'll comment after.

(10,952 posts)Last season's plot line on Kalinda and her husband really damaged Kalinda. This season's battle of the two law firms is absurd and quickly wearing thin. I am starting to find the behavior of the LG characters to be juvenile. The writers need to move beyond the teenage antics and let the the new firm start working their own cases. Will keeps whining that he wants to make LG the biggest and best firm but all he does is obsess over Alicia and the new firm, a sure recipe for ultimate disaster. Both Will and Peter are slimy but at least Peter really tries to look out for Alicia. I wouldn't mind it if she dumped both men and found someone new.
The new lawyer comes across like a thug. The ethics lady loses all credibility with the silly pregnancy story line.
I am starting to find the show irritating.

(14,040 posts)was getting and had a talk with the creators. I don't understand why they still have her on the show. They're underutilizing a great talent and some of the best plot lines involved the character of Kalinda.

(28,762 posts)two shows I watched with her. My Sunday night show Boardwalk Empire ended for the season, so now she got me hooked on the Good Wife. I was hoping she would get that 12 million inheritance!

(10,538 posts)to vent some frustration; and thanks for the (helpful) spoilers.
Started watching recently, still on first season. I really like a lot of aspects, but have been increasingly frustrated over the continual violations of legal ethics. I have some knowledge of the real legal world, and although this portrayal is satisfyingly intelligent in some respects, in the area of ethics, it is completely insane. Every lawyer in it should have been disbarred 10 times over; and it is completely implausible that any lawyer practicing at the level they seem to enjoy would merrily breach one conflicts obligation after another, as they do in nearly every episode lately. If you eliminated the ethical violations from the show, you'd basically eliminate 1/3 or more of the plot. Disappointing.
