Anybody here use Onenote 2010?

If so, what do you use it for?

I use it at work. The BEST things about it: you don't have to SAVE and it indexes everything (even web screen shot text) and you can search muy quickly.

have a ton of IT info stored on it for easy access. Screen shots, how-tos, lists of locations and important network and circuit provider info for help in troubleshooting the different branches, etc...

It's easy to search and easy to edit and easy to organize. We keep a copy on a network drive so all the techs have access to it.

Our stupid helpdesk ticketing software SHOULD handle all that itself so we don't need 2 programs but I have yet to find helpdesk software that did anything useful...it's just easier to use OneNote.
