Lounger ideas needed.
In my Technical Writing class at school, we have to come up with a scenario and write letters related to it. Here are the kinds of letters we have to write: A memo, a positive/good news letter, a persuasive letter, a negative/bad news letter, a personal choice letter (wherein the reader is asked to make a decision on something). The letters do not necessarily have to be in that order. Our instructor said we could be as creative as we wanted in our scenarios.
In honor of the return of "The Walking Dead," I was thinking of a zombie scenario: I am the head of the CDC. The zombie apoclypse has struck. About two million have already died. A major university has now developed a vaccine for the "zombie" virus. However, it has serious drawbacks: In a fair number of cases, the vaccine simply doesn't work; and the person becomes ill if attacked by a zombie. In others, the vaccine itself turns the person into a zombie. I have to inform the public about the outbreak, persuade them to take precautions, inform them about the vaccine, and ask them to decide for themselves whether or not they want to take it despite the risks.
OK, loungers -- have at it!
