Starting today I'm stopping my self destructive binge.

Been on a self destructive binge of eating and binge drinking alcohol since my last breakdown in sept after quiting school again. That stops today, tonight. I've got to fix tons of other things in my life, get a job etc.. But at least I can start with this.

I would rather drink a Coke than a beer or any other alcohol. Most of the alcohol here in Korea is not that good which helps a great deal.

Good luck and stick with it.

Take note of what it feels like and make a habit out of feeling that way.

Now, what are you going to do to keep busy and remove yourself from the places where you "automatically" indulge in these destructive habits?

Making the decision is the first step; now you have to pick the new habits you are going to do instead. Nature seems to abhor a vacuum, so please make a conscious decision about what you will be doing with your hands instead of binging on the bad stuff.

Have you considered knitting? It is very addicting, keeps your hands busy, you can relax and watch television while doing it, and you can make some nifty things...?
