We are in the middle of a fund raising week. The money we spend is going to Planned Parenthood. For every dollar we spend, we get a heart to give someone.

So all the hearts you're seeing were given to those people by someone else.

And they often feel grateful for the hearts, and so they start a thread to express their gratitude.
