humanity in general for this egregious violation and should be renditioned for questioning before being shipped off to The Hague.

BTW where is this overgrown patch? I haven't had a rhubarb pie in years.

Rather than having amazingly terrific roads in one small section of my small town and amazingly shitty roads in the rest, it might be nice to have "reasonably good" roads throughout. Or at least traversible roads throughout.

Also, in terms of resources and bureaucracy, fussing about somebody's rhubarb while doing nothing about actual issues simply makes the city council look petty, foolish and ineffective.

The rich fooks that is- I did my time to stop things like that happening. I worked with the engineer to come up with a 20 year streets plan. Oldest first, not loudest-

Might not be any easier to drive on those roads, but it would be far less unsightly than the cratered surface that have to negotiate at present.
