holiday's to have a Spanish flair and therefore celebrate Hernan Cortes.

Not that I really can disrespect the splendid old timey style of Chris Columbus but I find the menu is a bit more eclectic with Cortes.

And what difference does Columbus' ethnicity make anyway? He was sailing FOR Spain. His ethnic background is irrelevant.

cool one too but it's tough to find traditional Mongolian genocidal ingredients for the meal around here.

I guess that maybe the horse blood might be hard to source but the heavily-salted hard cheeses from non-standard milks (they travel well and can be imported) and the mutton not so much.
