come from a bean? I can understand milk chocolate ..but there must be some chocolate that is not made with
dairy products. Perhaps.. Cocoa?

I can add sugar to a recipe but I can't take it out of the chocolate if it's already in there.

There was a Chocolate I tried there, I believe it was called Cadburry... when I was visiting Edinburgh Scotland..that was out of this world, yummy! One of the best places, I have found for shop made Candy was in Solvang, California. Lovely shops there. Here in San Francisco we still have the Ghirardelli Chocolate store...Still cranking out chocolates every day..
