I just fought off a migraine, ask me anything!

Sitting in our staff meeting this morning & my ears started to ache, my eyeballs were throbbing, my stomach was churning, I was getting fidgety-tense and the conversation began to sound like Klingon.

I went back to my desk, took 3 Excedrin and drank an entire can of Coke. Within 45 minutes, my head felt fine.

hey, that sounds like my sinus headaches i use to get a decade ago. behind the eyes. the pharmacist said take a particular sinus cleaner, the one that drains not dries and take it with coffee or a coke. caffeine. and it works.

... I can tell it's hiding behind a few old rusty brain cells but I'ma try to stay calm, not raise my blood pressure or body temp and keep mainlining the caffeine until it's time to go home.
