Still love to listen to their songs from 40+ years ago. I won a front row seat to an oldies concert back in the late 80's. They performed, along with Paul Revere, Martha and the Vandellas, Lou Christie, among others I can't recall right now. Can't even describe how good it was.

But, the Four Tops remain my favorite. Best show ever. Sadly, most of the original members are gone now.

Early Rod Stewart, Elton John, Temptations, Carol King, I could go on and on...

Earlier tonight I was listening to the Loving Spoonful's "Darling Be Home Soon"...made me cry. Not so much that their songs were sad, just remembering how it was to be young.

Damn, just damn.
