(116 posts)radial arm saw, band sander, and a few other tools that eat all the space in my garage. And hey, if you're doing hot dogs, where's the sauerkraut with caraway seeds and the spicy brown mustard? Get a GRIP here. Those are essential ingredients, and not expensive. If it is available in your area, go with Silver Floss sauerkraut. Best damn stuff on the planet. And have you tried peanutbutter dogs? It sounds weird, but damn is that good.
As for the burgers, get some gorgonsola. There's no better cheese for a burger. Now with the chili, I'd go with an extra sharp cheddar. It brings out the taste of everything. If beer is to be served, definitely go with a lager like Leungling. THAT will keep people happy. And get a good lot of non-creamy cole slaw. You can't do wrong there. Hoagie rolls are better than hot dog rolls. They hold a hell of a lot more filling (yellow mustard and ketchup is fine for wimpy buns) and don't drip as much. Stay the HELL away from potato rolls. They fall apart.
I hope all goes well.
Shit. Now I'm hungry.
