1. You have to upload it to a photo hosting site and then link from there...

I wish there were a more direct way...

2. Two ways I've done it, but never without also needing a computer.

Email to self and then load to photobucket, then use the URL for the image in the post.

Upload to facebook from phone, then get the URL using a computer, include in the post.

There has to be a better way!
