Stores that Provide Real Customer Service

I had a rather new experience for me. I went to a mall in a somewhat nearby bigger city to Banana Republic. There weren't many people in the store at the time. They asked if I needed anything in particular and I said that I was going to a professional conference and needed appropriate apparel. All of a sudden, they were picking stuff out for me, getting me more appropriate sizes, and commenting on the out fits I was trying on. In my working class shopping experience I had never experienced anything like this. I kind of liked it.
Tell me, what other chain stores does this happen at. It was extremely helpful and if I need to buy for a special occaision like this, I'd like to go to those stores.

Chicos is great. They can be pricey but they also have great sales. Also, some folks have the perception that their clothes are for an older crowd but I don't find that to be the case at all. It's like any other place, you can look at the styles that seem right for you. I guess one of the main things to remember is to keep an eye open for the sales and the way to do that is to get on their mailing and/or email list so you know when the sales are happening.
