She's Back

Yup, I'm back from my road trip to California. Had a great time, left just in time as the weather was climbing into the 100+ range. Back to Seattle and rain.

So, I stopped in to see if you kids kept DU clean and orderly in my absence. So what's new????

Welcome back!

What's New???

Hmmm...

MFM is up to his normal tricks...

I got a letter that guarantees untold wealth! Alas, not for me, lol!

Aristus and Will are hoisting a few, no doubt...

Pretty much normal for us on a Saturday night!

MFM does nothing "normal" as far as I know. I therefore presume you mean his "usual" tricks. Yes, I've certainly missed those for the past week. I'll have to search the posts for the past week and catch up.

Trust you have been in good health and humor. My little vacation wasn't as grand as your European one, but it was enjoyable anyway. I listened to a historical novel as I drove. The Islands Under the Sea by Isabel Allende, narrated by S. Epatha Merkerson. Story of a Haitian slave girl 1770-1810. It included the slave revolts and eventual emancipation of slaves in Haiti. It was very good and made the drive more interesting.
