I just I&D'd the NASTIEST sebaceous cyst!

Huge thing. I thought it was a lipoma. I made my incision, and all kinds of nasty-smelling stuff splooged out!

I love procedures, but this one needed iron guts.

Now I'm off!

This was a patient.

I numbed him up with some 2% Xylocaine, then incised with a #15 blade.

Saw quite a few youtubes of people excising their own cysts. Mine was not among the worst. In fact, I wondered how it was possible that people allowed them to get that big!

7. We got TWO OUNCES of pus out of one of mine.

It was epic.

I have pics of a small one if you'd like to have fondue and glance my blasted skin.

I have had dozens of them. Went into shock on the operating table during the excise of one.

I gotta leg up on dealing pain as a result, I think.

Either that or I'm not very sensitive to begin with.
