and beats cleaning up all the dishes afterwards.

When you're on the road, and wanna keep going, but want to eat -

beats sitting in a restaurant waiting 15 minutes for your order to arrive ,

then another 20 minutes or so to munch it down.

Anything less than 5 minutes is "fast" IMO

And most of them are.

God forbid you should ask for mayo and extra pickle only. You'll wind up with a sliver of something resembling beef and a clump of icy pickles swimming in a vast slime of hot mayo.

All delivered, with lukewarm, under-salted fries, in just under fourteen minutes.

For me lately, McD's has meant internet access outside of the office (I haven't hooked up internet at my apartment yet).

Not that I blame them in the slightest or would ever consider complaining about them to management. It isn't a reflection of the employees, it's a reflection of the company. If I made minimum wage in a hostile work environment, I'd be grouchy too.
