but you don't know what the hell you want to eat? I'm thinking a can of chili, some carrots, or just drinking a glass of milk. Which leads to why not a glass of low sodium V8 juice?

Have lots of friends here.
The trip over there and back is a true test in composure....but I have learned how sardines feel..
(No, I don't fly 1st class. You would be shocked at the cost)
PS: I should start a thread about Air travel and the weird experiences you have, if you fly enough times...

All the time. And I do think that sometimes we are actually thirsty. If we'd just drink some water or juice a few hundred calories might be saved.

(6,154 posts)Now that I'm on a diet even more. There are lots of things I would LIKE to eat but turn down cause they have too many calories. I'm then left with stuff that I can't choose between.
