After suspect left house to go buy twinkies to satisfy munchies, agent carefully opened paper bag to determine what suspect had shouted. Agent clearly heard suspect's voice say "Down with the government!" ...

Subject (13 years old) observed at home, adjusting rabbit ears on TV set. Upon finding that this act did not clear up the problem, subject then attempted to turn the channel, whereby all the lights in the dwelling went dark.

And all electrical power in the entire Northeast, including a section of Canada.

Suspected of having caused the great Northeast Blackout of 1965, but never arrested or charged with a crime because a dead and fried squirrel was later found inside the main power plant in Niagara Falls.

..."IMPEACH BUSH--HANG CHENEY!!" on US Form 1040. On Schedule B, Suspect writes, "BUSH KILLS CHILDREN!--CHENEY EATS THEM!"

Subsequent visit from Secret Service does not find any threat to harm POTUS, but Suspect shows no indication of contrition. Recommend continued surveillance.
