I am sitting here with 2 pairs of socks on them?

That's a sure way to end up in the ER convinced you have cancer or are about to die. The reality is almost always mundane and boring. If you really worry go to your family DR.

Health anxiety and overreactions are very common. When I was a kid I was like this. I would get a symptom and worry irrationally that I might have Ebola or something. LOL.
