Saw him with the Allman's dozens of times in the 70's.

2. weird, that I never saw him perform but, I did party at his house one night.

He was gone on tour at the time for the Brothers and Sisters album. Yeah, love him, too.

It was a hella party

Did not leave for home until dawn.

The girl, Linda Lou, that is mentioned in gimme three steps by Skynard was there, too.

smoked a lot of herb and drank a lot of Southern Comfort as I recall. Good times, Nice old farmhouse off in the woods.

13. Great tune! Jackson Browne wrote it in 1964 or 1965, when he was 16 years old.

Nico, who sang with The Velvet Underground, recorded it in 1967.
