Get the refrigerated capsules with powder in it.
Split the capsule, pour it into your mouth.
It's semi sweet, I've given it to kids that way, one of them nicknamed it "white chocolate".
Acid, as I call it for short, is what is called a "friendly" bacteria a natural occurring bacteria in our bodies many of us lack in adequate amounts. Google it you should be impressed.
Regarding tummy aches, or even sore throats - 5 - 10 minutes - gone . . .
Cures chronic acne, recurring cold sores, yeast infections and so on
Worth a Google methinks . .
