this afternoon...
yesterday I was sitting on the back porch and watched as a drake flew in and walked from side to side in my back yard... he seemed to be looking for something -couldn't find it and flew off eventually ??
this afternoon I was working in the side yard and noticed this sweet hen and her 6 babies walking through the front yard... might be what the guyduck was looking for

We have a pair of yard ducks from time to time, but I have no pictures. Thanks for posting yours.

So cute. We see them in a nearby lake and I just love seeing the duckings following in line.
