It's nice to be back in my rut.

We just spent a week with our daughter and family.
Had a great time.

But...WOW! are they busy!
Two school graduations (kindergarten and 5th grade ), a lacrosse game, a birthday party (our grandson), soccer team tryout (grandson), town block party, two more birthday parties (friends of granddaughter and grandson).

It's nice to be back in my little hole where I know how the TV remote works.
And there are only two.
One works the TV itself and the other works the satellite.
They have about 5.
I have no idea what they're all for.

Something to do with Comcast, Wii (?), Apple TV, netfli ?), surround sound...
My grandson (11) could usually get me back to one remote where I could just change channels.

So...it's nice to be back in our little cocoon where I pretty much know where things are and how the TV works.

Peace
The Geezer

My parents put new hardware in and last time we visited I couldn't figure how to divert the water to the shower head. I felt like a moran.

It's nice to travel, but damn its nicer to get back home.
