Snowden - who else thought of the guy that married Princess Margaret

when you heard that name a couple weeks ago?

Obviously one has to have a certain amount of maturity(?) to remember the name
Antony Armstrong-Jones first Earl of Snowdon and married to Princess Margaret in 1960.

IIRC marriage to the princess and all the attendant publicity failed to slow down his outside affairs.

She would have to give up her title and her allowance
She would lose the HRH and be penniless. She chose not to marry.

I was sent to bed early, had no control over anything.
I stayed in my room and read books. Being an only child had drawbacks.

your sheltered upbringing
That would have been nice.
I was avoiding the flying objects inside.

And ... yes, that's why I am who I am today.
