Great. Just great.

It took me 53 years to get the perfect haircut. Today the chemo kicked in and it's all falling out. And I didn't even take a picture.

I'll look on the bright side. I'll no longer have to shave or spend money on a haircut. I can throw my comb away, and I'll look a little like Patrick Stewart.

See, there is a positive side to everything.

Lulled into a false sense of 'oh, maybe that won't happen to me' I dyed my hair a cool auburn color and got it cut. I looked nice for a little bit. Woke up one morning with most of my hair on the pillow. I waited a couple of days and shaved it off.

Every time I went for a treatment I had kind of a smug attitude. Chemo may have taken all of my hair, but the chemo was also taking the cancer cells to task.

I wish you well on your journey to reclaim your health.

and we didn't take a picture before I gave him his usual regular style, straight hair haircut. His hair looked looked like this bust of Septimus Severus, 2nd century AD-

That was 6 years ago and he's had a full beard and head of straight hair since then! Best of all, he has a clean bill of health after that very scary confrontation with stage IV colon/stomach cancer.
So be on the lookout for curls sprouting after the chemo is done!

Good health to you.
