How are you 'out of the ordinary'?

I turn beet red when I get really hot. I mean beet red. Happened today when I walked downtown during high humidity. When I played basketball in high school refs used to stop the game to see if I was alright. When I start to cool down I get all splotchy and it looks like I have a rash. Lovely. You?

Sorry if that's the wrong thing to say.

I'm hypersensitive about what others are feeling / thinking? I'm always worried I might have upset someone?

My thumbs are double jointed

The vision in my right eye is 5-10x worse than my left eye. Without my glasses I have a blurry version of everything superimposed on a sharper version. It drives me nuts and I can't stand to be without my glasses for long.

Elaine Aron's "Highly Sensitive Person". It opened my eyes and taught me lots about myself. Being so empathetic is a wonderful transferable skill. I wouldn't trade it for the world. You are lucky too.

Even though my hands are not out of the ordinary size wise.

I'm only 5'9'' and I have a larger span than people nearly a foot taller with hands the size of barn doors.

I remember being told that a span was about 8". But I see from your link it's 9 and mine is 9.
