How do I submit asteroid name suggestions to astronomers who had discovered an asteroid

I had some wonderful names for some main belt asteroids, so, how do I submit asteroid name suggestions to astronomers who had discovered an asteroid?

The Central Bureau for Astronomical Telegrams of the International Astronomical Union.

I wonder when was the last time that the CBAT actually recieved a telegram.

When I thoughtI had found a new comet. I did find it, but 11 hours too late so I didn't get to name it.
