(102,292 posts)Admittedly I really am not a Taylor Swift fan whatsoever, but I could not agree more that she seems extremely immature.
Night and day comparison with Adele.

(10,237 posts)she looks so vacant and shallow that even if she could sing her way out of a wet hot dog roll I wouldn't buy it.

(2,531 posts)I just don't get it. i'm sure Adele has a better voice, and I'm not a big follower of either of them for their music. I just think it's great a young girl like Taylor is getting the spotlight for being true to herself and expressing her art, and I think people who have knock her are just jealous of her success. Obviously a lot of people like her music even if 'you' (collectively) don't.

(8,217 posts)Oddly enough, I consider them both immature.
Both have relationship woes, and both are famous for them.
Quite a bit of their songs are both about failed relationships.
Case in point, Adele got pregnant with the boyfriend now husband very early in their relationship.
I guess, if you do compare the content of their songs and their audience, fine, you can make a case that Adele is the more "adult" talent. Otherwise, in regards to their personalities and actual maturity, I wouldn't go there.
