(34,136 posts)Blackwork Greenman - stitched on natural linen with overdyed cotton floss from a chart I bought.
Sailing Away - stitched on linen with floss from a class on how to paint linen to use for stitching projects.
To give an idea of scale, the little box is about 2" in diameter. The weave of the linen has 32 threads to the inch - it's tiny!

She uses the wall space in my apartment to help store her art work. It's like living with an art exhibit, some nights I get home from work to find the entire exhibit has changed. Except the skeleton, she gave that one to me so that one is permanently on display.
