This is how my daughters dogs will lay all the time. Vegas, the one on the bottom always looks like he begging for mom to make her--Denim--the one on top to get off. Denim thinks Vegas is her personal pillow. He just lays there..he's such a good boy.
Eventually she'll slide down and cuddle up next to him.
